  • Q: What is your return policy?
  • A: You can return your legs and we will refund the order, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be returned!
  • Q: Do you offer international shipping?
  • A: Yes. International orders shipping will be invoiced separately. Upon checkout, please check your shipping address. Changing the address after checkout may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Q: PayPal has the incorrect address. Can you ship to another address?
  • A: Yes but please make sure you have the correct SHIPPING address in PayPal before you place your order. Changing the address after checkout may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Q: Do you ship orders immediately?
  • A: No. We hand craft each order in the USA which takes from 2 to 7 business days. Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number.
  • Q: How strong are the hairpin legs?
  • A: The legs are very strong! For example, a set of 4 8" legs can be used on a couch or bench that holds 3 or more adults.
  • Q: Should I opt for the third rod on the legs for my project?
  • A: The third rod makes the legs more stiff than traditional hairpin legs. These legs are ideal for desks and dining room tables. Of course some people order them just becase they like the look of the third rod.
  • Q: How are the stainless steel legs finished?
  • A: Stainless legs are finished with a #3 brushed grain. #1 high polish is avalable at a upcharge.
  • Q: Will my legs rust?
  • A: Raw steel will rust if left untreated. You can either paint them, or if you would like to retain the raw look, apply a clear sealer or wax. Stainless steel does not rust.
  • Q: What are the dimentions and layout of the base plates?
  • A: The base plates are L-shaped in raw steel. They are 4 3/4" x 4 3/4" drilled with 3 holes for #10 screws. Download a template.
  • Q: What size screws should I use?
  • A: #10 pan head screws. The length of the screws depends on the material to are mounting the legs to. Ideally, you should choose as long a screw as possible.
  • Q: Can hairpin legs be ordered at cutom heights?
  • A: Yes. For most custom heights a small fee is added to the cost of the nearest stock height leg.
